American Women Didn't Get Fat in the 1950s: Now Available on Kindle!

Thank you all for your encouragement, wonderful feedback and reading my blog as I wrote my book! It's finally finished and ready for you to read at the Kindle shop! You don't need to own a Kindle to read it. I hope you'll find it informative and would love for you to review it on Amazon after you've read it. And please, if you like it, help spread the word.

Thank you! XOXOXOXOX Averyl

Another reason why I won't buy factory farm products

This sickens me and is a reminder to not purchase/support factory farm products! An egg farm in my state owned by Land O Lakes hired a contractor to shoot rats and stray chickens as a form of "pest control" and he accidentally killed a worker. Check out the Land O Lakes marketing compared to the reality where they used the "highest safety standards." Shameful.
